I am a mother of 5 and i have a husband whom works 6 / 7 days a week, I am a stay at home mother and feel it is important to do so, but we cant get any financial help, the bank messed up our house payments by telling us not to pay for period of time and then gave us a larger payment when i sked for refi to lower payment now i have to go to court today to ask for modification of forclosing house that my husband put alot of hard earned money into, also it has cause a world of stress on my husband and family, i dont buy new except for food and from paycheck to paycheck of a truck driver, 8 people total to support, we are well below poverty level and we cant get help because they see he's working making decent money but not enough to care for the bills and needs of our family, we have been wronged when this claim of lower interest payment was offered and increased and continued to be messed up, lawyer fees are sucking everything we have and im in need of medical co pays gas, food ect, can you help?
